Caroline’s Club provides its members with training and support on how to network strategically. Its award-winning methodology teaches its members how to communicate their message effectively through psychologically proven means; podcasts, case studies, satisfied client quotes, blogs and aggregation.
The Club also provides its members with a central hub of communication where their messages can be stored, accessed, retrieved and shared.
The methodology and hub of communication can be applied in a variety of ways depending on what the professional member wants to achieve - cross-selling, strategic networking, repeat business or referral work from a client.
Whether the audience is in-house or from other disciplines, the methodology uses the same basics.
Creation of the communication message, which can be in writing, such as a single case study, a pod or cluster, a video recording with contacts or colleagues, an audio podcast, a written blog or a satisfied client quote.
Storage of these messages in a central hub of communication where they can be accessed, retrieved, shared and promoted. The communication messages are linked to the member’s profile on the Members' Private Directory. Attention can be drawn to their profile through the connect button, links sent to clients, colleagues, or contacts, or by loading it onto a QR code. Members can also browse the directory to find other members they want to network with
The methodology and online training program available only to members can be applied in a variety of ways
Strategic Business Development Workshops - This is where professionals, from within an organisation, a cluster, or different organisations a pod, record their case studies with others ahead of the Workshop. The participants then meet, identify themselves ahead of their recording and in the breakout can network with other participants with whom they would like to engage for referral business.
Away Days and Strategic Networking Events. A Member may decide to showcase their expertise and contacts by hosting an event to invite professionals who have not participated in a recording. If within an organisation, for example, at an away-day or from different organisations at a strategic networking event. They may want to showcase the problems solved by a particular department or introduce other professionals at an event to the issues that their expertise resolves and their professional connections.
