Our Training Sessions Your Marketing Events
A Training Session with colleagues from different departments or jurisdictions is a cross-selling event or with professionals from other disciplines a networking event. They are for a minimum of 6 people and the price for the Practical Training Session is per person.
The format is a one-hour presentation to explain why traditional networking and cross-selling events produce only a poor return. We then give our audience tips and techniques on what to do to sidestep the natural resistance to product push.
This is then followed by a workshop, to put into practice the tips and techniques to produce a video. This can be used on your website as marketing material, sent to clients to build trust and distributed by social media.
Caroline’s Club will also publish the video on its platform and in its newsletter.

Educating Your Professionals
The Complete Private Client Practitioners program of excellence consists of 6 modules with two lessons each. They cover not only networking and cross-selling but also the business elements of private practice. To focus on your best work for your ideal client, getting to yes, making the most of what you have got such as awards and satisfied customer feedback, good working habits and making a SMART plan. At every stage, there is homework which will give an objective measure of progress when repeated at the yearly professional appraisal.
There is a minimum number of 6 for an Educational Training Session and the price is per professional attending.
