Client Mapping is the beating heart of Caroline’s Club. Who is your ideal client, and what other professionals would they already be working with - your target professionals?
Caroline’s Club collaborates with its members to host Strategic Business Development Workshops and Events at their offices. Three or four member hosts each invite 5 other professionals to a Workshop/Event. These participants are drawn from either professionals within the organisation, referred to as Clusters and are designed to facilitate cross-selling, or from their network, known as Pods. and designed to facilitate client referrals.
Each host member, accompanied by their five guest professionals, will have prepared a digital video recording of their case study with Caroline's Club in advance of the Workshop/Event.
At the Workshop/Event, Caroline’s Club will introduce Client Mapping. Before each video case study recording is presented on a large screen, the participating professionals introduce themselves to the other attendees. During the breakout session, professionals network with those professionals most likely to work for their desired clients.
All the recordings are stored, accessed and shared on the Club’s digital platform and linked to the host members' online profile. If the participants other than the host are Members or become Members, their recording can be linked to their profile for an Admin Fee. Any member can easily access the podcast recordings, satisfied client quotes, awards and blogs to share with a client who may need their services and to build trust with that client for repeat and referral business.
The key distinction between a Workshop and an Event lies in their attendee profiles: at a Workshop, only participants attend, whereas at an Event, professionals are invited from outside the participant pool.
The Workshop/Event is designed for senior professional advisers looking to strengthen their relationships with established contacts, as well as rising stars who are sceptical about the time required to build a strong network through traditional methods, ultimately delivering high-quality business.
The methodology also works well for building loyalty with clients, facilitating referrals and repeat business, as well as cross-selling across the organisation and generating new business from outside the organisation.
Attending and speaking at the event, discussing client mapping and the digital platform's features, recording case studies, uploading them to the platform, and linking them to the profiles of their hosts. Cost per session. £2,250
