Client mapping is the beating heart of Caroline’s Club.

But first, a Member of Caroline’s Club identifies the type of client they want to work with.

The Member then identifies 5 professionals either within their organisation, a Cluster, or within their network, a Pod, who work for similar clients - their Target Professionals.

The Member sends their Cluster or Pod a fictional case study and invites them to record how their skills can benefit the client at a remote meeting with Caroline’s Club.

At the meeting, Caroline’s Club will introduce Client Mapping, and they will record the case study and three-minute response of each attendee.

The recording will be uploaded against the profile of the Member host and circulated to the guests.

If any of the guests is a Member of the Club, the recording can be uploaded against their profile for an Admin Fee.

The host Member can use their Effective Communication Messages in a variety of ways

  • It can be linked to their QR code as a digital business card

  • It can be presented at an in-house lunch or drinks gathering to assist in cross-selling their services

  • It can be shown as part of a networking event for Target Professionals as part of a strategic networking initiative

  • It can be shown as an introduction to other professionals in the organisation on an Away Day

  • It can be shown as an introduction to other professionals at a strategic networking event. number of private client practitioners is six and the price is per person.
