Creating Links to Pods and Clusters

The Host Member identifies five professionals either within their organisation, a Cluster for cross-selling purposes, or from within their network, a Pod for strategic networking, who work for similar clients - their Target Professionals.

The Host Member sends their Cluster or Pod a fictional case study and invites them to record a remote meeting with Caroline’s Club to demonstrate how their skills can benefit the client.

At the remote meeting, Caroline’s Club introduces Client Mapping and the case study, and each participant video records a three-minute response.

Caroline’s Club will edit the recording for sound quality, upload it to the Host Member's profile, and circulate it to the guests.

If any of the guests is a Member or becomes a member of the Club, the recording can be uploaded against their profile for an Admin Fee.

The host member can then use the Cluster recording for in-house cross-selling events and the Pod recording for in-house networking events.

  • It can be linked to their QR code as a digital business card

  • It can be presented at an in-house lunch or drinks gathering to assist in cross-selling their services

  • It can be shown as part of a networking event for Target Professionals as part of a strategic networking initiative

  • It can be shown as an introduction to other professionals in the organisation on an Away Day

  • It can be shown as an introduction to other professionals at a strategic networking event. number of private client practitioners is six and the price is per person.
