Launch of the CPCP accreditation
I set up Caroline’s Club because in 1996 unexpectedly I became head of the Simmons & Simmons private client department. It was makng a loss and I was taskd iwth turning a profit withing two years or being asked to leave.
At that time there was no guide, no mentor and no program as to what I needed to do to achieve what was expected of me.
However as a psychologist, I was keen to research how to win business from clients who wanted to be prvie, whot drove their devision process and what was needed to market our services effectively through third parties called B2B marketing.
I succeeded in making a decent profit and ran the group for many years.
I now want to share with you my research, knowledge and experience.
It is important to have a Complete Private Client Practitioner (CPCP) accreditation which is recognised as the badge of a high-quality practitioner. Our CPCP members are therefore expected to complete our program of excellence.
The program is comprised of six modules, each with two lessons and covers important topics such as active or passive networking, your ideal client and work, how to build trust, how to sidestep the innate fear of the influence of strangers and get your message across, why you need to know the difference between facta, fears and benefits, how to be proactive and not reactive to become more productive and why it is necessary to make a SMART plan to trigger the Reticular Activating System in the brain.
This is to be renewed every year to objectively track your progress against the tips and strategies provided and remain dedicated to a high-quality service.
But Caroline’s Club is more than just training. It is and exclusive club where you can network with other professionals you would not otherwise meet. It is a place where you can learn what other practitioners do for their clients through their podcasts and case study recordings and become of greater value to your clientsA further benefit of being a club member is that you can tap into the power of aggregation.
If you were to promote your podcast or case study in your own newsletter and on your website you would have an open rate of between 1-3%, but is published on an independentagregation website such as Caroline’s Club the open rate rockets to an average to about 38%. Not only are you in a club of other like-minded professionals but also your message is significantly more likely to be heard.
To become a member you need to sign up online and complete the program through our PDF, or audio files and complete all the accompanying questionnaires. There is an option for a face-to-face training sessions specifically designed for Business Developmenr Diretors and any one else who is short of time such as our Podcat Professionals who are entitled to their first year of membership to FREE.
