Our vision is to be the pre-eminent provider of business development methodologies, tools, and training for the Professional Services Industry. We do this by making clients and their concerns central to everything we do.
Our Mission
To connect Professional Service Providers with other professionals who serve similar clients—Client Mapping—and to be the go-to place to find out who they are and what they do best. We want our professional members to increase revenue, cut costs and save time to focus on their clients’ best interests.
Our Methodology
Our methodology involves visualising and analysing our clients’ concerns and who they may interact with to resolve them. We then match professionals with others who serve the same client type to showcase their unique skills and experience with each other.
Most marketing is non-strategic and unfocused—like a shotgun in a blizzard. We teach our professionals to identify and seek out the work and clients they are best suited for. Then we give them a rifle and teach them how to shoot at clearly identified targets.
Client Mapping facilitates better inter-firm and intra-firm connections to colleagues, contacts, client referrals, and recruits. We provide them with a strategic and highly focused network from which to win clients and the work for which they are best suited.
Our Tools
Caroline’s Club provides a platform for members to promote engaging marketing material to the public, colleagues, and contacts, and we teach them how and why to create it.
The scope for online networking using our methodology is vast and includes accountants, wealth managers, lawyers, bankers, passion investments, insurance, art brokers, estate agents, M&A professionals, fund managers, etc., globally.

Part I Client Mapping
Caroline’s Club provides its members with a methodology to win the business they are best equipped to deliver through Client Mapping. Client Mapping matches professionals who serve the same client type through cross-selling, integration of bolt-ons, and networking offline and online, while encouraging a collegiate atmosphere of cooperation. The Club is supported by an online platform that stores the marketing material of our members, audio and video clips, blogs, and podcasts, which can be referred to and shared when needed. Our mission is to map a client’s concerns with the professional adviser with the relevant experience and skill to resolve them.
Part II Good Practices
Caroline’s Club gives our members psychological tips to adopt and traps to avoid, increasing revenue, cutting costs and saving time through good habits, planning, and understanding the difference between facts, fears and benefits. Through the incorporation of good habits, professional advisers better serve their clients.
