Our mission is to make clients the focus of everything we do. Client mapping connects professionals and, through the creation of pods and clusters, builds strong, meaningful relationships. Why Caroline’s Club? - Caroline’s passion
When I became head of the Simmons & Simmons private client department, I was told that if my department did not make City rates of profit, I and my team would need to find our future elsewhere. I was given two years. There was no guide, no manual, no mentor. I became client-centric, what type of clients would welcome the services of a City firm and what could I do for them that would pay City rates. International entrepreneurs and the succession of business decision-making - Family Governance was my strategy - which worked and profits soared.
