The pressure on professional advisors and business development managers to grow fee income for their organisations is immense. ‘Cold-calling’ and conventional networking are inefficient in time and cost and mostly don’t work.

Digital platforms such as LinkedIn serve to emphasise the differences between professionals. They categorise professionals according to experience, professional discipline, and seniority rather than their similarities in serving similar client types. Caroline’s Club’s mission is to publish highly effective marketing material created through the strategic collaboration of professionals with their business development managers and professionals who serve similar client types from different organisations at ‘perfect pitch’ events.

Caroline’s Club members use its integrated, strategic business development platform to showcase their marketing material.

Each member creates a profile entry in a directory, a position on a global map, with up-to-date contact details and links to libraries showcasing their podcasts for business award winners, blogs for speakers and published writers, satisfied client quotes and case studies.

By grouping professionals according to client types, their marketing material is targeted at the professionals with clients most likely to need their services.

Caroline’s Club is a rifle shot in broad daylight rather than a shotgun in a blizzard at business origination. Furthermore, Caroline’s Club will teach its members how to shoot with a rifle with an online training program and coaching..

How it works

Each professional needs to identify their ideal client type according to client criteria. These client criteria are then woven into a case study with a problem the professional can resolve using their experience and training.

Client criteria can then be analysed directly by professionals or business development managers browsing through the case study video libraries or indirectly through algorithms and digital data analysis to categorise professionals according to client types.

Events can be organised between disciplines in ‘Marketing Pods’ to create marketing material to share with their clients to build trust and good working relationships. Bonding events can also be arranged within an organisation in ‘Marketing Clusters’ to create marketing material to share with colleagues to break down silos and integrate bolt-ons within the organisation

Clients can learn from their professionals through case study videos with other professionals about the problems encountered by people like them. They will also learn who to instruct to resolve these problems. Clients can browse through the case study video library to find more services that may benefit them.

Professionals: Increase revenue from referrals from colleagues, contacts, and clients for the work and problems their skills and expertise are best suited to resolve. The online training program and coaching align the professionals to market similarly to win business from colleagues, contacts, and clients and provide a more effective and efficient service for their clients.
