About Caroline
Caroline was made head of the Private Client Department at Simmons & Simmons when she least expected it. She had two babies and the group was not making the profits demanded of a City law firm. The senior partner told her that if she did not succeed she would need to find her future elsewhere. She was given no mentor, no guidance, and no manual to follow - so she had to focus on making a profit, focus on the clients and focus on making every second count.
She succeeded, but it left her determined to distil her experience and her background in psychology into
a training program, which is now an award winning methodology, of how to win business strategically and to adopt good working habits to save time,
a platform to host digital content like a podcast style interview to introduce who you are and what benefits you provide for your clients, and
a digital business card to make digital content and contact details easily accessible and available to share.
Caroline wanted client facing professionals to meet other professionals, in a more structured way than at an event with paper business cards and brochures. She wanted professionals to build strong working relationships to win business strategically, effectively and efficiently without wasting time or money.
Given the increasing concern that advanced AI technology is undermining the former superiority of professionals there has never been a better time to adopt a client focussed revolution.
