Business Development is at the core of your business so it is worth doing properly

Most business development is inconsistent.

It tends to be the first thing dropped when work has to be done.

Sadly by the time BD is resumed most of the good quality work has dried up and so less good work is done to keep busy - hence the 8:20 rule.

The first step in the BD calendar is

• to map out what work you want and from whom, then

• map it against professionals already working for those clients

• set a schedule of soirees, and

• what content you need to build to present at the soirees
